Captain Mike Macko has 20yrs of fishing experience in the Florida keys, he is a second generation captain and a proud navy veteran. Captain Macko has extensive knowledge of every type of fishery in the Florida keys from offshore to inshore. This includes Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Sailfish, Snapper, Tarpon, permit, and Cobia. Captain Macko is prepared to put you on a fish of a lifetime and guide you to an unforgettable experience here at hawks cay resort!
About the Boat
Tailwalker 2 is the ideal family fishing charter, offering a smooth ride and shade. With the freedom to fish the reef or in the sheltered backcountry, Tailwalker 2 can cater to anglers of every skill and interest level.
Tailwalker 2 drafts only 16'' of water fully loaded down, which allows you to get into the skinny waters of the backcountry. At the same time, the hull design offers great stability and a comfortable ride on a long run offshore, to the reef or a deep Gulf wreck. Our Florida Keys fishing charter is outfitted with top-of-the line electronics, inshore and offshore spin fishing gear, everything needed for effective kite fishing, and electric reels for deep dropping. The boat is also equipped with one large 80 gallon live well to keep the bait healthy for long days on the water. There is also plenty of dry storage to keep your belongings safe and dry even in the wettest conditions.

Cancelation policy
The cancellation policy is as follows:
Charters cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time will be charged full charter price. Cancellations are to be made only with Tailwalker Sportfishing at (321)-626-8264. Weather cancellations are made by the captain only and are not charged a cancellation fee. Deposits will be returned if cancelled outside the 72 hour window or upon cancellation of captain.
